Beautifully self-accompanied throat-singing. No “overtone singing” in this despite the title on YouTube, but use of a technique for singing impossibly low notes in the outer sections, and high falsetto in the middle section.
I don’t know the name of the string instrument, but do know I admire how expressively it’s played.

Interestingly if someone played exactly the same notes in exactly the same way but at a classical music concert, it would be called minimalism rather than trance.
